All orders are subject to an inventory validation process, payment method and personal data. Orders that do not approve this validation process will be rejected by the system. Shipments to main cities in Colombia will be sent by the Federal Express company and to secondary cities and districts by the company Envia. In case of congestion or inconvenience with these two transport companies, Vergara Collection reserves the right to use another reliable transport company. In the event that the customer requires the arrival of the merchandise on the same day of the order, we can send it by the company Mensajeros Urbanos and the customer must bear the cost of shipping that can range from $ 10,000 to $ 20,000 Colombian pesos depending on the distance of the destination address. Any loss of merchandise during transport will be assumed by Vergara Collection, and it will be our responsibility to make sure you replenish the merchandise or return the money.
The cost of shipments for Colombia is free for purchases over $100.000 colombian pesos. . Vergara Collection reserves the right to charge a transport fee for all orders placed outside the website.
- Shipments outside of Colombia
Vergara Collection has an alliance with the Federal Express company for all its shipments outside Colombia. Delivery time varies for each country. For orders with deliveries in Latin America, the United States and Canada, the delivery time ranges from 3 to 10 business days, for orders with deliveries in Europe and the Middle East the delivery time ranges from 5 to 12 business days, and for the rest of the world the Delivery time ranges from 8 to 15 business days. The delivery time by Federal Express is not the responsibility of Vergara Collection, and the times mentioned above are an average and do not contemplate any delays due to eventualities or erroneous information in the delivery address. Vergara Collection is not responsible for shipments where the customer has provided incomplete or wrong delivery address information. In this case, the client must assume all the costs related to the delays of the delivery.
The cost of shipments for purchases on the website is free for all countries with the presence of the Federal Express transporter. Vergara Collection reserves the right to charge a transport fee for all orders placed outside the website.
Vergara Collection is based in the city of Bogotá, but has shipments to more than 150 countries in the world. Prices in Colombia are shown in Colombian pesos, while prices outside Colombia are shown in US dollars. Vergara Collection reserves the right to set prices in Colombian pesos and US dollars in accordance with our price list. The price list of Colombian pesos and US dollars is not necessarily equivalent to the exchange rate between both currencies. Prices are subject to change in response to commercial factors. The Colombian sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within Colombia. Orders shipped outside of Colombia will be exempt from VAT.

CHANGES, RETURNS AND GUARANTEES

To make any changes or returns the customer must present the purchase invoice or the document that proves that the product was purchased in Vergara Collection. It is also essential that the product is new, unused and with the original labels on. No changes or returns of underwear are made or products that have being purchase with discount.
- Do you need to change your product?
Changing a product is free, although if you are outside of Colombia, taxes and tariffs apply. If the customer wishes to try another style, he must simply return it to get a refund of the store’s credit and buy the new item separately. To obtain the full refund it is essential that the product is new, unused and with the original labels on.
To ensure that your return is covered by our free return policy and arrives immediately, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Orders returned from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. We prefer that the items be returned to us through our own service so that they are protected and insured. The cost of shipments that are not returned to us by our partner company, FEDEX, will be the costumer responsibility. Vergara Collection is not responsible for products returned by a carrier other than the partner.
- What should you do to request the change or return of the product?
- Verify and try the product as soon as it is received from the carrier. The customer must notify Vergara Collection of the dissatisfaction in the next 15 business days. It is necessary for the client to write an email to [email protected] where you specify your name, order number, day you received the merchandise, contact phone number, description of the prodcut and what is your disagreement with the product (you must attach photos in if the nonconformity is a quality problem). Vergara Collection must send a response within the next 3 business days with instructions for free shipping of the product by the allied carrier.
- The client must inform us by mail when the product is ready for collection and the documents for shipment are duly filled out. According to the information provided by the customer, Vergara Collection will schedule the product collection.
- The money reimbursement process will be carried out once Vergara Collection has received the returned product and the verifications mentioned in the return policies have been made. The merchandise return process must not take more than 25 business days from receipt of the order.
The customer must keep in mind that refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear in their account due to different processing times between payment providers. In case the required change is only for size, no refund will be made and Vergara Collection will proceed to send the merchandise again at no cost. If the customer wishes to make the exchange for a higher value product, he must cancel the difference in order to send the merchandise again.
All merchandise changes are subject to store availability. Vergara Collection does not undertake to have available the reference or size for which the client wishes to make the change.
We offer a flexible return policy to further facilitate your online shopping experience. We monitor the amount of returns made by customers and continuous returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be marked and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Vergara Collection account or reject future orders.
